OUR PROCESS

1. Briefing
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to outline your goals and challenges. This is followed by a 1:1 discovery call with our Principal Designer, Patricia Stewart.

We'll also request your current floorplan to begin our analysis.

2. Concept Review
Within two weeks, you’ll receive an annotated floorplan concept with our expert recommendations, tailored to your brief.

3. Feedback
We invite your feedback, input and any questions you might have. This step ensures your design evolves to meet your requirements. 

4. Final Floorplan
A final revised floorplan is issued, reflecting your feedback and optimised for liveability, buildability, and long-term value.

  • 100 – 200 sqm: $2,500

    Ideally, this service is engaged before construction begins, or prior to DA submission, where possible. Early refinement helps avoid unnecessary costs and delays, as changes are far more efficient to resolve on paper than once walls are built.

    We typically review plans once an initial layout has been prepared by your architect, building designer or draftsperson, ensuring the design is resolved before progressing to the next stage.

  • Yes.

    We review layouts for new builds, renovations and extensions. Whether you are designing a home from the ground up or reworking an existing footprint, we ensure the layout is resolved, functional and aligned with how you live.

  • A layout review is a targeted, standalone service focused specifically on your floor plan.

    Our full interior design service is more comprehensive, covering interior architecture, material selections, joinery design, furnishings and complete project delivery.

    This offering is designed as an accessible entry point for those seeking expert input at a critical early stage.

  • Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the project, however most layout reviews are completed within a short turnaround (usually 2 weeks) once all documentation is received.

  • Yes.

    We work with clients across Australia, and all layout reviews can be completed remotely. Communication and feedback are provided digitally, ensuring a seamless process regardless of location.
