    Every project begins with a detailed briefing session to define your scope, timeline, and vision.

    • Site measure + CAD drawings

    • Client goals + functional requirements

    • Liaison with specialists as required such as engineers, certifiers, architects etc.

    2. Conceptual Visualisation
    We translate your vision into a tailored concept design, including:

    • Proposed floor plan layout

    • Interior moodboards

    • 3D visualisations of key spaces

    3. Design Development
    Following client feedback, we refine the concept with a focus on spatial flow and detailing:

    • Developed floor plans

    • Preliminary selections of fixtures and finishes

    • Custom joinery concepts

    4. Documentation + Specifications
    We prepare a comprehensive drawing and specification package for tendering.
    Our documentation includes:

    • Finishes Schedule

    • Scope of Works

    • Electrical RCP

    • Window Treatments

    • Mechanical + A/C Coordination

    • Joinery Package + Internal Elevations

    • Fixtures, Fittings + Equipment Schedules

    5. Design Implementation
    Our team oversees the implementation of all design elements in close collaboration with the builder, ensuring excellence in execution.

LAYOUT REVIEW SERVICE

  • Whether you're refining the layout of your dream home or reviewing architectural plans ahead of construction, Stewart + Stewart offers a fixed-fee Floorplan Review Service to unlock the full potential of your space.

    With decades of experience in residential design, we provide practical, design-led recommendations to enhance flow, optimise functionality and improve construction efficiency. 

    This service is ideal for both new builds and renovations.

  • 1. Briefing
    You’ll receive a short questionnaire to outline your goals and challenges. This is followed by a 1:1 discovery call with our Principal Designer, Patricia Stewart.

    We'll also request your current floorplan to begin our analysis.

    2. Concept Review
    Within two weeks, you’ll receive an annotated floorplan concept with our expert recommendations, tailored to your brief.

    3. Feedback
    We invite your feedback, input and any questions you might have. This step ensures your design evolves to meet your requirements. 

    4. Final Floorplan
    A final revised floorplan is issued, reflecting your feedback and optimised for liveability, buildability, and long-term value.

    Pricing (excl. GST):

    • 0 – 100 sqm: $1,500

    • 100 – 200 sqm: $2,500

    • 200 – 300 sqm: $3,500

    • 300+ sqm: Contact us for a tailored quote

    Additional Services

    For projects requiring more detailed input, we also offer the following services:

    • Site measure-up (required if you don’t have existing floorplans)

    • Furniture / Lighting / Homewares selections

    • Furniture Layout

    • 3D Concept Visualisation
