Shortlisted for two categories in the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2025

Stewart + Stewart were initially engaged to renovate the Entry, Master Suite and Pool Terrace of the residence, which upscaled into a complete redesign of the entire home to bring cohesion to the expansive four level home. The original integrity of the structure has been left untouched, however a comprehensive remodeling of internal walls has been undertaken. A sophisticated palette of Italian stones, aniline leathers, plush silk carpets, French duchess satins and downy velvets. The breathtaking panoramic view is now reflected in polished planes, light ethereal, dark dramatic finishes, edged with signature brass detailing. Timeless luxury and understated glamour has been showcased with this elegant residence.
